Arriving 15 minutes early for an appointment allows you to enjoy your full service as lateness may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining booking time.

For the benefit of all clients, should you need to cancel your appointment we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice or a charge may apply.

To reserve a group booking, we respectfully ask for a 25% deposit.

In consideration of others, kindly turn off or mute all cell phones and pagers upon entering Renovations Salon and Day Spa.

To maintain our tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, please make alternate child care arrangements prior to your appointment.

Gift Card Refund Policy: Renovations Gift Cards are non-refundable. They are redeemable for services and merchandise only. The unused Card value cannot be redeemed for cash. However, a balance will be carried until such time that it is depleted. Renovations Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use.
